Home Visits
Home visits are available at the discretion of the attending General Practitioner. Patients must speak directly with their treating GP to request a home visit. The GP will assess whether a home visit is clinically appropriate.
Nursing home visits
FTMC Group visits GLAICA House in Tuncurry, Baptist Care Kularoo in Forster, & Estia in Forster.
Nursing home staff coordinate and identify patients who require GP assessment. For nursing home inquiries, please contact the nursing home directly.
After hours home visits
After-hours requests are handled through the on-call triage system, the GP on call will discuss options for you & decide what is clinically best. Patients requiring urgent assessment outside business hours should call (02) 6555 0444 and follow the recorded message. After-hours consultation fees apply.

Walk-In Patients – FTMC Group does not routinely accept walk-in patients. Please book an appointment by calling (02) 6555 0444 or through HotDoc. In exceptional circumstances, walk-in patients may be assessed if a GP has availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.
